Food for thought- 

I was fascinated by this article in The Guardian – it has quite a few implications to organisations around personality types, psychological preferences and team dynamics which as you know is like catnip to us here at Kingshurst Consulting- the tone is a bit dramatic and I’m less interested in the Narcissistic focus than I am on how language used in an ad might unintentionally skew the ‘type’ of applicant it attracts. Reminds me of the biases that can lead to people trying to recruit versions of themselves into their team. Really curious about who creates the wording in an ad and whether they are aware of this impact it could be having. It’s got some potentially significant consequences.
